マレーシア短期留学の様子が現地新聞等でとりあげられました！

　今年の２月１８日～３月１２日に実施されたマレーシア短期留学の様子が、現地新聞等でとりあげられました。今年も恒例「マレーシア短期留学」の来年度募集が始まっています！

以下は、マレーシア短期留学について、参加者が報告した国際学会や新聞記事などの情報です。

　この短期留学は、情報コミュニケーション学科安倍尚紀講師がコーディネーターとなり、クランタン州にある国立大学Universiti Malaysia Kelantan（以下、UMKと略記）のコタバルキャンパスをベースに英語、マレー語、マレー文化、社会調査法についての講義を受けるほか、現地サポート学生との交流や現地主要施設を訪問し、インタビューや観察によって収集した情報をもとにＳＮＳを利用して大学周辺のソーシャルマップを作成するというサービスラーニング課題に取り組み、これらの成果を国際会議（学生部会）英語で報告しました。タイの国立大学、Prince Songkla Universityで日本語を勉強している参加者らを交え、三カ国間交流の場面もありました。

参加者の内２名は、今年４月から日本国内の国立大学に正規留学生として来日しています。また、１月２３日（金）～２５日（日）には大学教員数名が、国際会議のために芸文短大を訪問予定となっています。

We received newspaper articles and records of international conference. And announcement of “Malaysia study visit 2015”has started!

This study visit held every year is coordinated by Naoki DN ABE(Senior Lecturer, Department of Information and communication). We mainly take base at Kota Bharu Campus of Universiti Malaysia Kelantan（UMK）which is national university in Malaysia. Students have lectures of Conversation (English/Malay), Malay Culture, Methodology of Social Research etc. in addition to “Service Learning” activities in Kelantan with UMK supporters students. At the end of program students report their outcome in student session of international conference using English. Through the international environment also with students studying Japanese at national university in Thailand (Prince of Songkla University) participants learned a lot.
